DEVELOPING A PROPHETIC MOVEMENT THAT
REFORMS THE WORLD PART 1 PODCAST NOTES

2 Attributes of a Prophetic Movement that Radically Reform Culture:
  1. It’s engaged in culture. Matthew 13:33, “He spoke another parable to them, ‘The kingdom of heaven is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three pecks of flour until it was all leavened.’”
  2. It’s hopeful. Matthew 5:14-16, “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.” The only people that transform cities do so on purpose.
God has commissioned us to disciple nations! We’re supposed to engage in culture and government. We are called to be salt and light, running into the battle as more than conquerors.

In my next podcast, I’ll cover another key attribute of a prophetic movement that radically reforms culture.
