NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH GOD PODCAST NOTES
Jesus came into the world by a miracle and
He worked miracles. When Nicodemus came to Jesus, he tried to understand how people can be born again. Jesus taught him how we all come into the kingdom through a miracle! The born again salvation process is itself a miracle!
When the disciples woke Jesus up during the storm, they were afraid and asked Him to save them. He said they had little faith. We would normally think that asking Jesus to save you would show that you do have faith in Him, but sometimes we’re asking God to calm a storm that He has actually equipped us to speak peace to and calm.
Most people don’t step into their destinies because of fear. While the Israelites had made many mistakes in the wilderness, the thing that kept them out of the promised land was fear. They refused to believe they could take the land because they were afraid.
How do you know if fear has reduced you? Ask yourself the question, “what would I do if I were ten times bolder?” If there’s even one thing you would be doing differently, then fear has reduced you. I propose that what we call wisdom is often actually fear.
“Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me; otherwise believe because of the works themselves. Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I go to the Father. Whatever you ask in My name, that will I do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask Me anything in My name, I will do it.” John 14:11-14
Is there any trouble you are facing in your life? There is hope for any situation you are facing, because nothing is impossible with God!
